This past weekend me and Kurt hauled an old bike and an old bike frame from his dad's shed. Yesterday we took them to a guy in Lincoln who runs a shop out of his garage and he's going to fix up our bikes for a very decent price. Much more decent than getting new bikes for both of us! I'm looking forward to attempting to commute on my bike. It's an easy ride up the Rock Island Trail.
Also, we got the garden planted this past weekend. I am not crazy about gardening so I'm glad Kurt enjoys it. I am looking forward to seeing if anything grows. Apparently most of the plants survived the transplanting like champs. And now we have snow forecasted for tonight...May 1. Ugh.
